Obama struggling with fundraising

by NW Spotlight

The Hill reported this past week that some top Obama donors are frustrated that Obama has been outraised for the third month in a row by the Mitt Romney campaign.

That’s quite a change from the 2008 campaign when Barack Obama raised a record-setting $750 million – after breaking a promise to use public financing. And despite his disingenuous vilification of Wall Street, Obama was a major recipient of Wall Street campaign contributions. In fact, even as of last November, Obama had received more campaign money from Wall Street than George Bush!

Paul Ryan fundraising bump

Fox News is reporting that Mitt Romney’s campaign has taken in $3.5 million online in the last 24-hours, since the announcement of Paul Ryan as Romney’s VP running mate.
