Seaside hotels only open to essential workers who live in County

The popular coastal city of Seaside Oregon is closing all hotel access to non-residents.  Those who live in the county still must be in the role of essential business in order to book a hotel in Seaside.  This is a weighty decision heading into the one of the most popular weekends of the entire year.

It appears that Seaside and Cannon Beach may re-open to outsiders after the Memorial weekend.

The beaches are expected to be open but the hotels will not.

Please provide your comments and feedback on this decision.
