Darby M. Howard was first arrested on March 11th at 3:03pm for breaking into the Wells Fargo Building and destroying property (photo above) . He was released and was found again that night breaking into the Federal Courthouse and arrested around midnight.
Mr. Howard is from out-of-state.
The Federal Courthouse was left vulnerable because the day prior, the Biden Administration decided to remove the fencing protecting the Courthouse as a good faith measure to the anarchist.
