Mayor of Troutdale Takes his Commitment for East County to the State Randy Lauer for State Representative – District 49

TROUTDALE, OR. – Local business owner, public works operator for the City of Fairview, former Troutdale City Councilor and now current Mayor of Troutdale Randy Lauer has announced his plan to run for State Representative for House District 49. Raised in East County, a Gresham High School alum, and now a public servant in many ways; committed, would be the best way to describe Randy’s heart for his community. At the local level, Mayor Lauer feels he has only been able to scratch the surface of the impact he can make in East Multnomah County. To truly support East County families, business owners, landowners and the men and women in Public Safety, as well as bring a voice to issues like the houselessness epidemic and a rationale and logical end to the pandemic, Randy needs to take his drive for impact to a higher level of public service– the state.

District 49 needs a voice in Salem that will support the ideas and fight for the needs of East Multnomah County, as well as earn and maintain the respect of all who call East County home today and in the future. Troutdale, Wood Village, Fairview and North Gresham deserve someone who is committed to their needs and in 2022 that will be Randy Lauer.
