70% less traffic stops = 30 year traffic death spike

The Oregonian released an eye-popping chart that shows that Portland Police have been dramatically reduced police stops.  The Mayor has been pushing fewer stops int he of equity and justice.

This drop in police traffic stops coincides with the City’s 30-year record high traffic deaths.
